DESCRIPTION

Our Facial Scrub incorporates a combination of chemical AHA/BHA and fine biodegradable bamboo exfoliating granules to help loosen and remove the dead epidermal skin cells. The newly revealed cells are treated by the special antioxidant and soothing properties of the facial scrub which results in a smooth and refreshed appearance. Vitamins B5 and E provide antioxidant protection with lavender oil and shea butter soothes nourishes the skin.

  • Bamboo Powder exfoliates the skin gently and effectively, contains antioxidant properties to defend against free radicals. 
  • Lactic Acid is derived from sour milk. helps remove old, dull cells on the skin's surface by dissolving the bonds that holds them together while stimulating cell turnover.
  • Salicylic Acid is derived from willow bark. It is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, helps in treating acne and soothing sensitive skin. Most popular BHA known for its acne-fighting and dead-skin sloughing abilities.
  • Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant effective at combating free radical damage. Helps support skin's immune system and cell function.
  • Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate) promotes collagen production, boosts skin cell turnover, stimulates the shedding of old cells and increases the rate at which newer, healthier and smoother skin cells are regenerated leading to improved skin tone and texture, reduces fine line and wrinkles.
  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is a biological active form of Vitamin B5. It provides moisturising and soothing benefits with its anti-inflammatory effects and ability to reduce pore size.

HOW TO USE - AM & PM


  1. The AHA & BHA Facial Scrub is to be used post cleansing, on a damp skin. 1-2 times per week
  2. Apply a thin layer all over the face (like a mask) and allow to set for 60 seconds, add a small amount of warm water and massage in circular motions for 60 seconds
  3. Remove with hot towel or fibrella cloth - repeat until all bamboo granules are removed
  4. Follow with our appropriate serum(s), moisturser and SPF 50+ for morning routine
  5. Can be used on the face and body.
